Shipping Policies


Occasionally certain items run out of stock. We do our best so that this does not occur, but in the circumstance that it does, we will notify you via email or phone and try to fix this issue within 3-4 days.


Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any products that spoil due to issues regarding incorrect shipping addresses. In addition to correct addresses, please ensure that the party receiving the order will be available to receive any products. We are not responsible for orders that are left unattended.


Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed. Generally, if an order is received before 11:00amCST, the order will be processed on the same day.

Shipping to PO Boxes:

Since UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, if your shipping address is a PO box please expect a delay of 3-5 business days. PO box addresses will get shipped through USPS which is not our common shipping method. 

Return Policy:

Mistakes may happen. If you are unhappy with anything regarding your order, please email us at or call us at (715) 344-1293 and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Any inquiries 28 days after your order date will not be eligible for refund. For safety, we are unable to receive returns on perishable products.


Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped via UPS. Since we are shipping perishable products, we only ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure that products do not sit over the weekend. We insulate and include ice packs on all orders we deem necessary to prevent spoilage.
